Priority Access is an annual subscription designed to keep your computers, network and servers up and running. A Priority Access subscription allows Kirk to work with your computers remotely by using screen sharing software from anywhere he might be, often after hours and on weekends.

Remote Access (screen sharing)
Priority Access subscribers may choose to allow LANsharks Consulting to remotely control computer(s), network servers and backup systems with remote-control software. Screen sharing is also great for training and remote troubleshooting. Kirk can walk you through training and troubleshooting sessions remotely via telephone as if he were right there, even when he’s out of town!

Annual Subscription
The fee for Priority Access is based on the number of computers on your network and whether or not you have servers or a network based backup system. See application below for current pricing.
