All consulting services are billed hourly at $235 per hour with an on-site minimum of 1 hour. Telephone consultations are billed in 1/4 hour increments with a 1/4 hour minimum. Email support and troubleshooting are also billed in 1/4 hour increments with a 1/4 hour minimum. Emergency, weekend and holiday appointments are billed at time-and-a-half.
Travel exceeding 30 minutes is billed one-way from Oakland, CA. Trips requiring travel across any Bay Area bridge are billed a one hour travel minimum. Travel time for trips (driving or air) of more than two hours are billed both directions from Oakland, CA.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are billed a one hour cancellation fee.

In essence, I am simply shopping on your behalf. Therefore all warranty or return issues must be resolved through the manufacturer – no additional warranty is provided by LANsharks. Sales tax is collected by the merchant.
Computer software isn’t predictable. Especially in environments where there may be 3-15+ different vendor’s products running on your machine. No warranty is made for stability, features, compatibility or otherwise for any software installed by LANsharks Consulting.
